We don't do the deliveries.
We just go to give the parcels to the forwarding agency and then they will handle all the delivery from departure: CHINA to destination to customer.
After the package is shipped we can no longer request the package back, as the package just given to the shipping agencies will be placed inside the container also containing other packages from other sellers or sources and closed until it arrives at the destination country.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes. We deliver to over 200 countries worldwide. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you are located in one of these countries we will contact you or refund your order.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
Before placing and paying for your order from the website, the estimated delivery date is written and calculated by the website by taking data from the estimated arrival of other parcels by calculating the average arrival.
This date is also present in the "order confirmation" email and please read everything carefully so as not to have questions or concerns about the arrival of the package.

Due to high demand, we are pleased to inform you that items will be shipped within 8-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) starting within the first 24 hours of your order date. However, please note that in certain economic situations, product availability or carrier delays may occur that may exceed this time frame.
Please be patient and do not hesitate to contact us for shipping status information only after at least 10 working days have passed from the order date.
You will receive your tracking number via the same email entered by you when placing your order, which will allow you to follow the path of your package in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours after completing your purchase for the "order confirmation" email to be generated.

HOW DOES STANDARD SHIPPING WORK?
Note: Tracking status update will take 15-18 days. We use the "Italian Special Line" shipping line. The information will only be visible when the package arrives in Italy and will be picked up by the Italian post office.
HOW DOES FAST EXPRESS SHIPPING WORK?
We would like to clarify the shipping process for destinations that may present customs difficulties, such as Germany, UK, Italy, Spain, France, USA NC/SC/PA, Canada and New Zealand. We collaborate with EXPRESS shipping agencies that offer alternative solutions to ensure smooth delivery. EXPRESS shipping agencies transport packages from departure to DHL or DPD/BRT processing centers in different locations such as Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Bahrain, Oman, Singapore, etc. Please note that DHL or DPD/BRT tracking information may not be updated until your packages arrive at the designated processing center. This process is not managed directly by us, but by the shipping agencies involved. You may have to wait 16 to 18 days for tracking information to be available.
We understand that this process may seem complicated, but we want to reassure you that we are doing everything we can to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly. CAN MY PACKAGE ARRIVE LATER OR DELAY?
We would like to provide you with more information regarding the delivery times of your order. It is important to note that delivery dates shown are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. An early or late arrival may occur for various reasons. We want to assure you that shipping delays are a common phenomenon and we will try to explain the reasons behind this eventuality.
If the selected item is out of stock, we will hold your order and do our best to ship it as quickly as possible, with a maximum delay of 14 days from the estimated delivery date. If we cannot contact you within 13 days, we will issue a refund for the out-of-stock item and ship the remaining items in your order immediately.
Incorrect or invalid shipping addresses may cause a delay in processing your order of 6-8 days. We kindly ask you to promptly respond to all emails requesting address verification. In the event that the address is incorrect, we will do everything possible to correct it within a maximum of 7 days from the order.
If your order is reported for fraud, processing may be delayed until we can verify that it is not actual fraud.
